1. Secure Shopping

To ensure your shopping experience is both safe and convenient we have gone to considerable lengths to ensure our site is safe for you to shop. Security is our 'Number One' priority - your transaction/s will be transmitted within a secure 128-Bit SSL-secure socket layer allowing full encryption. A padlock should be displayed at the lower right hand corner of your browser window – this means your personal information is protected with full encryption.

Your personal information and payments are performed through a secure arena developed by Harrisontech Pty Ltd whom has designed this software you are using, and you are dealing directly with the client you are purchasing your products and services from.

What are Digital Certificates? Digital Certificates are a standard software application loaded onto web servers that provides a secure encrypted link (SSL-secure socket layer) between a website and you the customer. It enables you the customer to transact securely while online. Think of it as a secure 'pipeline' which provides protection for data being transmitted through it.

2. Ordering On-line

We are an internet store and therefore require orders to be made via the website. You only need to set up an account once and then login to this account when you shop each time. By using your account you can be assured that all information that you enter will be received. We also be able to track your order history.

If you register, you will be able to log in each time and put products into your shopping cart and they will remain there until you make changes by adding or deleting products. Becoming a member is easy, you simply register as a new user. You can then log in and check your account history of previous orders etc by having a membership.

A great feature of our ordering system is tracking. When we start to pack your order you will receive an email with the details. You can reply to this email if you like with any further instructions. When we hand the order to a courier or Australia Post you will get another email informing you the order has shipped.

NEWSLETTER: You may select to join our Newsletter at the time of registering your account. We won’t send out constant mail, we send out newsletters occasionally to advise of sales, new products etc.

3. Payments

Payments can be made by direct deposit, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), cheque or money order. For payments made by direct deposit, cheque or money order, we will not process your order until funds are received. If funds are not received within 5 days the order will be cancelled and products placed back into the store. This is in fairness to other customers. If you would like an extension please contact us for arrangements.

Credit card - we will make reasonable attempts to contact you should your credit card be declined. If we are unable to contact you within 2 days your order will be cancelled.

4. Delivery Terms

If we are unable to fill any part of your order, the item will be deleted from your order. We do not backorder. If an item is out of stock and you would like us to advise you when it is back in stock please contact us to arrange.

If paying by cheque or money order your order will be sent after bank clearance.

Customers local to the Canberra region are welcome to pick up orders.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery and longer for international orders. We will not be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged.

5. Postage

We use a combination of Australia Post and couriers to deliver your packages. All packages are posted at a flat rate of $6.50 per order, except international orders.

Postage for special orders and international orders will be charged based on actual postage costs. These are calculated once your order has been placed. You will then be contacted with total order cost.

We do not incorporate the costs of postage in prices of products, thus bringing you discounted products and more value for your purchases.

For small or light orders where actual postage is less than $6.50 we will credit your account with the difference so that you don't pay more than you need to. For standard orders this also means you will also never pay more than $6.50 in postage.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be and satisfied with your purchase. Please notify us by phone or email within 48 hours if you have any problem with your order to discuss.

Goods may be returned if they don't perform their intended function, don't match the description made before the sale or have hidden defects that affect the performance or quality of the goods. Goods cannot be returned without our prior authorisation.

We request that you notify us of any incorrect orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will either replace the items or issue a refund.

7. Minimum Order Requirements

There is a $10 minimum order requirement (excluding postage costs).

8. GST & Currency

All prices are in Australian Dollars and no Goods and Services Tax (GST) is payable on products.

9. Privacy Policy

We use a secure server to ensure your information is transmitted safely. The information we request from you is used solely for the purpose of sending orders, receiving payment and informing customers of information relating to Treasures for Angels. All customer credit card details are destroyed after order processing is complete. Treasures for Angels will not sell or distribute your email address, contact details or any other information about you to any third party.

10. Searching

We have a large range of scrapbooking products and it can be a big job to look through all of the categories for the specific item you need. To help we have a search tool on the site. In the left hand column directly under the category names is a entry box and a search button. You can enter a product name, description, brand, manufacturer, etc in that box and press search to get back a list of matches.

11. Product Quality

Occasionally 12x12 paper is not exactly 12” by 12”. These discrepancies are beyond the control of Treasures for Angels.

All scanned images are as accurate as possible. Due to image capture, loading onto the website and computer monitors, the colour of products on the website may not reflect the exact colour of the product.
